Caroussel over zichzelf: We are The CIA, The Carousel Institute of Arts. We are based in England and Wales and in the process of expanding into the Netherlands.We perform, we make artworks, and films. We are sometimes funny, sometimes serious and sometimes scary. Most of all we are always out to have a good time.
