Conchita, a lively, spirited girl, is invited to her favorite restaurant by Renzo, a fastidious and somewhat simple-minded guy who intends to propose marriage. She rejects him and orders her favorite dish to go: a lobster. At home, Conchita finds herself entangled in an unexpected and surreal situation involving her meal, triggering a series of pleasurable and absurd mishaps.

A "Diablo Rojo" bus driver, his helper, a priest, and two policemen fall victim to a mysterious spell and end up lost somewhere in the Chiriqui jungle, where they will have to survive the creatures that inhabit the roads, with the old bus as their only refuge.
